wow crow, seems every render from vue is getting that much better from you! looks like you've got a good start here so far. just two things i could suggest, but it all depends on what you're trying to go for, but i would say maybe do some transparency to the water, just to give it a bit of a deeper, darker feel, and try and do some lighter, more defined clouds for the sky.

i do have a question, were them god rays done right in vue or did you add them in later? i never could get to grips with doing godrays, and if i ever did, it was usually by accident lol.

great start though! looking forward to more.

Excellent effort man!!

Yup, your projects are improving so much with each attempt and i can see your really getting the hang of vue now. Thanks to you, after i saw some of your other projects, i was inspired to get back into vue and make some nice scenes myself. So yeah ..cheers for the inspiration doode!!

@defik yeah i had to add the godrays in photoshop and yes it was a royal pain in the butt to make that cause i wasnt using any tutorials for it. and i tried that BUT ran into lighting problems. like thats the best i can get.

@Sebalon, thank you very much buddy and im glad, good lucky with your work man. take your time and done rush it.

you're right about the royal pain in the butt part. i know there's a method to doing it in vue and it involves a setting in the atmosphere editor for doing them but you also have to have the right kind of clouds and sun settings.

Rays and trees are good and i agree thershould something be done to the water. another remark wich i often see is the feet of V4. if you bend them too much they are not humanlike

I think you are doing well learning with the program.. keep looking foreward to your progression fellow

Was this all rendered in a single scene, because if it was that is really impressive to me. And...maybe I'm just sort of slow, but is her skin skin blue due to lighting or was it actually that color to begin with? Either way, she and things are very pretty, and the colors flow nicely.
