Top notch render ...the scene really oozes atmosphere. Feel sorry the poor girl on the cart, i get the feeling she is not long for this world^^

Confused about the rat though lol ...looks as if its climbing the wall?

nice work on this! i like the lighting and atmosphere. just think maybe working a bit more on the skin textures to really bring this to life. also possibly putting some more bump mapping to the walls. other than that this is really good!
